- Each team member should maintain a hand written diary:
- A plain note book with a minimum of 140 pages. Pages are fixed and numbered, may not be torn out!
- Each new entry is properly dated.
- The diary is brought along to each laboratory meeting for presentation to the teaching staff.
- The project diary should be used to record the work, designs, analysis and other various project activities. Every project activities should be properly recorded with date.
- You can note the various concepts you learned while developing your project.
- It should be submitted to the project guide once in a week and get it certified in each week.
- It should be submitted to the project coordinator in every mini project lab.(once in a week)
- The goal is to become used to working in an engineering team where it is essential to maintain:
- A record of inventions should priority issues arise.
- The chronology and basis of design decisions.
- A record of contributions to a project
